The Hana 1Q FA Cup matchup, which determines the best soccer club in Korea, has been confirmed.

On the 20th, the Korea Football Association (KFA) held a draw for the 1st to 4th rounds of the 2023 Hana One Q FA Cup at the Soccer Hall in Jongno-gu, Seoul. A total of 58 clubs will participate in this FA Cup, including 12 teams from the K League 1, 13 teams from the K League 2, 15 teams from the K3 League, 10 teams from the K4 League, and the top 8 teams from the K5 League.

In the first round, teams belonging to the K5 and K4 leagues and the bottom 10 teams of the K3 league face each other. However, the KH soccer team, which won the first year of its founding in the K4 League last season and was promoted to the K3 League, will not participate in this competition due to problems with the hometown agreement.

In the second round, the 14 teams that won in the first round, the top 5 teams in the K3 League, and the 13 teams in the K League 2 will participate. The K-League 2 teams facing each other are Seoul E-Land FC and Bucheon FC 1995, FC Anyang and Busan I-Park. In the third round, the 16 teams that won in the second round and the 8 K League 1 teams that do not participate in the Asian Football Confederation Champions League (ACL) will participate.

In the Round of 16 (Round 4), the 12 teams that won in the 3rd round and the 4 K-League 1 teams participating in the ACL, Ulsan, Jeonbuk, Pohang, and Incheon, will compete. In the quarterfinals (round 5), participating teams are determined according to the results of the round of 16 matches. Matches for the semifinals (round 6) and finals (round 7) will be decided later through a lottery.

The team that became the champion last season was Jeonbuk. In the final, he met FC Seoul and won with an aggregate score of 5-3, succeeding in winning the FA Cup for the 5th time in his career.
