Jude Bellingham’s move to Real Madrid is imminent.
Bellingham has been on the radar of many big clubs for a while now. The interest in Bellingham grew after his stellar performance at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar last year. Several English Premier League (EPL) clubs, including Liverpool, Manchester City, and Chelsea, were in the running to sign him.
Real also approached Bellingham. With the departure of Casemiro and the aging of Toni Kroos and Luka Modric, Real were looking to generationalize their midfield with promising, ready-to-play youngsters. Having already acquired Eduardo Camabinga and Aurélien Chouaményi, Real turned to Bellingham as the final piece of the puzzle in their midfield rebuild.
EPL teams couldn’t beat Real. Once Real showed interest, the other teams were powerless and had to pull out of the race. Despite expectations of a fierce competition, Bellingham’s next destination was decided quickly. It was previously reported that Real and Bellingham had reached a personal agreement, followed by reports that Real would make a formal offer after Borussia Dortmund’s league final. Now that the Bundesliga final is also over, it seems likely that the clubs have been in talks.
Germany also believes that Bellingham’s move to Real is a done deal. According to German publication Bild, “Bellingham is now very close to joining Real. Real’s director of player acquisition, Huni Kalafat, has been following Bellingham on social media. Real have already been in Germany for negotiations since May. The transfer fee is said to be 100 million euros ($142 million) plus bonuses.”메이저놀이터
Fabrizio Romano, who writes for the British newspaper The Guardian and is a renowned expert on the European football transfer market, added: “Real want to finalize the terms with Bellingham within the next week. Negotiations are in their final stages and the transfer fee is expected to be €100 million plus add-ons. The documents that will make Bellingham a Real player for six years will be ready soon,” adding that Bellingham’s move to Real is imminent. Expect to see Bellingham in a white jersey instead of yellow soon.
